3.2 On-Site Services
a ) Booking: On-site services can be arranged by contacting us. A suitable workspace must be provided for our technician.
b) Travel Fees: Travel charges may apply, depending on your location. These will be confirmed before the appointment.
c) Customer Presence: You or an authorized representative must be present during the service unless otherwise agreed.
d) Access Issues: If we are unable to access the location at the scheduled time, resulting in delays or rescheduling, additional fees may apply.
e) Confirmation of Work: At the completion of on-site services, we will seek confirmation of satisfaction. Any issues must be reported immediately.
3.3 Timeframes
Service delivery times depend on task complexity, resource availability, and other factors. We will endeavor to provide accurate time estimates.
3.4 Customer Obligations
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain system accessibility, and ensure a safe environment for our technicians.
4. Goods
4.1 Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address specified during your order. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and logistics.
4.2 Ownership and Risk
Ownership of goods remains with Victoria IT until full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
4.3 Returns and Refunds

5. Payment Terms
